By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. 1. Use of Service You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. 2. Your Content Your menu data, restaurant information, and uploaded images remain your property. You grant us a license to store and process this data solely to operate the service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics, benchmarking, AI improvement, and performance optimization. 3. Payments If your plan includes fees: • Billing occurs monthly or annually • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle 4. Service Availability We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features and pricing may change with notice. 5. Prohibited Activities You agree NOT to: • Hack, modify, or disrupt the platform • Use the service for illegal activities • Upload sensitive personal information • Share account access outside your organization 6. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for: • Lost profits or revenue • Incorrect prices, tax miscalculations, or inventory errors caused by user input • Data loss caused by users or third parties • Downtime outside our control Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days. 7. Suspension for Security Reasons We may temporarily suspend access if we detect suspicious activity, security threats, or attempted fraud. 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. 9. Use of Public Business Information for Demonstrations We may use publicly available business information for demos, presentations, and marketing materials. Non-public data is never used without explicit consent. Businesses may request removal at any time. 10. Backups We perform periodic backups but do not guarantee the restoration of deleted data. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise required.
